Who said that such a texture on the body would be a good idea? The model has become better overall, but the textures spoil a lot. I would suggest not to create unnecessary things such as shoulders, but rather to deal with textures. Remove the tears of the Succubus, change the pupils to a blue glow of the eyes (just repaint the eyes in blue, and the pupils in an even brighter blue). Ditto for the tail. The draenei tail does not reach the hooves, and hangs down to the knees (and it is also a tentacle that has no hair) The tail itself does not twist into a spiral.
The succubus tail area looks like this.
Why do I think that if a unit is not equipped with full plate armor, then it does not need super huge shoulder pads. The bare shoulders of the women accentuate the beauty of the draenei women, and covering it with shoulder pads for no reason only makes it worse. The silhouette already looks good, but it gets spoiled by unnecessary details, and the model itself suffers from this strangely chosen texture. We need to consider more of the options for the draenei color palette.
However, I really think that the main problem, why the model is still not recognizable, is its texture.
But if it's not difficult for you, I would try to experiment and match other hairstyles (people or elves) with the same color scheme as in the reference. And the ears, make them shorter and straight, they should not diverge in different directions like a dobby from Harry Potter.
