looks catoon-ish, and resembles more a stone look than the metallic helm you are trying to recreate, even though the shape is good.

Can agree that it doesn't really lokks like metal.
Also, helmet feels too flat. You should to add more shading to fix it.

try adding shadow on the right side so that it look a bit more natural, and to add more brightness to the golden areas by adding a more saturated golden color on some small spots, else this is awesome. Yet it still looks flat, with the shadow on one side it will be enough.
