This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
A Stepped up more balanced and Completed Map of Cops And robbers.

Version 3.0 (Complete)
-Fixed some Text Errors
-Added Second Ping to Second Jail Break
-Added Ping to Radar Device
-Added Adepts to Magic Library
-Moved Library Teleport 3 blocks eastward.
-Added 1 Mcdonalds
-Added 1 Seven Eleven
-Magic Store Will now drop 1 of 3 New Magical Items.
:Elvish Ring of Rooting

:Dwarven Ring of Frost
-Rich Victims Have a chance to drop Kevlar Items.
-Some Minor Terrain Editing
-Added Weather Effects
-Victims have been hand placed, rather than randomly placed. They are no longer initially blocking paths.
-Victims Below Above Average Class wander.
-Buildings no Longer have Fortified Armor. But have +1500Hp to their respective Life.
-Added A pinging Radar
:Robbers can weaken this unit below 1000Hp to stop the cops from receiving pings
:Cops may repair this unit to reactivate it.
-Completed Mayors Office
Must meet certain game requirements to open door.
-If mayor is killed, Cops no longer receive gold per 30 seconds.
-Castle Guard Lvl 8 Skill has had its attack rate dropped to 2%.
-Victims are split into 5 Groups.
:Each color will represent it's Currency Level. (see below for key)
-Above average victims and above will defend themselves.
-Cops now Start at Level 3
-Game has been Scaled down, ex. units have less hp and attack.
-New 3 Tier Armors for Cops and Robbers.
-Cops have 1 New Hireable Merc
:MRX-Mobile Wall
Used to Create Roadblocks
-2 new heroes
-Changed victory conditions to 200 Kills. (Was 250)

I have played your map and you could say that i enjoyed your map.But i think this map need some changes.When i played as a robber.I found myself meeting a victim with just a little bit health and cannot attack.Yes,i killed it,pretty easy.However ,later on i meet with another victom with 2000 hp,around 60 damage(chaos attack type).I want to run from that thing but it is useless.I was killed by a that victim while i have just reduced his Hit point to ONLY 80%.You should balance it.And try to increase the damage of the victim with no damage at all.It is boring to hit a victim who don't try to defend himself even he is being attacked.
My opinion for improvement::
Why don't you make all the victims to become neutral passive.But Whenever the victim is attacked,the victim suddenly become a neutral hostile.That will add the spice of the game!!!.Anyway Great job.

The ports are labeled by difficulty (green being easiest) and recommended starting areas since you are only level 1, you should be starting in a Green area, or if you go with another robber, a yellow(blue) one.

Also, is that the only bugs/problems you have? I wanted to know if the pinging radar was working. My Cd-Key is still banned for using maphack on my own map :( its so sad.
