Hello, Stefan!
Very good... thank to the god, I didn't became homeless two month ago.
Damn, I noticed strange thing. Every time I saying to someone: "Right now I live in the new place, renting an apartment, everything is finally okay"
After a few days I getting problems either with money and job, or with landlord. I went trought that again when recently said to Master Haosis that I have no problems with landlord. At that moment I didn't knew what kind of person he(landlord) is.
He-heh, I afraid I'm becoming too superstitious, and now afraid to mention in details where and how I live.
I am good now, but have problems with the heart since this situation with previous landlord.

Why, what happened?

Many people here, in Krasnodar, have a very strange mentality. They are deceitful, perverted, obsessed with money, even trying to exploit your weaknesses to get cash. For other regions all of that... not normal. Many people moved here 20 years ago, maybe local conditions like hot climate attract such people from whole country, I don't know. Thats especially noticeable when you have stereotypes about Kuban(Krasnodar krai, Krasnodar region), which I had. I thought that locals close by their mentality to the cossacks, maybe i had too high expectations.

My father dentist orthopedist, worked in private clinic(owned by person, not government) and didn't get his salary in the end of the month. So Sergei, the landlord become completely other person when we with brother paid him rent with 18 days delay. On the next month we paid part of the rent in advance to show what we paying the money while we can. We paid everyting what we supposed to pay in advance, and he said something like: "5500 + 4500 umh-huh... I have no time for mathematics, get out of the apartments"

So, we supposed to find new place to rent, with cats it is very complicated, hire truck for our belongings, pack our belongings, we already paid all our income to him, and he thinks what we supposed to do everything in one day! On the third day he came in our house, and opened the door by his own key (which is illegal according our laws). My father have old computer which his friend found in the trash, and using old tv as monitor, I have old computer, and my brother have cheap one too. Sergei, the landlord, start to shouting and complaining, then he said: "I never had computer or internet, what are you doing all day, watching the pornography" after stupidest laugh I ever heard he seems relaxed and just go away. After that day when he saw computers he and his relative from "ЖКХ"(housing and communal services) figured out how they can get more money from us while we can't go in the other place from this apartments.

Out of nowhere we get 47000 rubles electricity tax, which is actually not exist, then he illegally removed lock from our door and cut us out of electricity. 20 days without electricity and internet... thats mean no access to our money, no easy access to the map, to the everything which we needed to get out of his apartment! Mine and brother's job tied to internet, and what Sergei said about that: "Work in the internet? Do you realize that true man can't live like that?". My in general sickly brother with broken spine have to walk over the one of biggest cities in Russia to find place where he can recharge the phone battery and find the free internet to rent apartment or house.

One time per 3 days, sometimes everyday Sergei without warning coming to our house, insulting everyone, complainig about everything. I am nervous man in general even when I contacting people in the internet. Can you imagine what I felt after Sergei's visits? Since birth I had problems with the heart, but during this 20 days it was been hard to move, hard to breathe, I think my heart never worked so loud, I didnt slept first days at all.
Sometimes different people been in the apartments with Sergei, and he mockingly saying things like: "When workers will start apartment renovation are you going to smell the dust and paint, or you will set up tents outside?". I know well that I probably would't survive on the street in homelessness, all the time I was thinking about death. I didn't mentioned some other details, as I said all our income tied to internet, even the father's income
Brother asked money from friends, and we moved on the new place. So, we lost a lot of money and nerves, because one local didn't paid to my father, while other one bad with numbers.

Wow, man, that's so awful from him. Why didn't you call the police? If he's doing illegal things, he needs to answer for his actions.
Is there a way a country(goverment) can help you and your family? Like to pay you monthly social benefits?
