Actually, I had thought of making some cool Tauer for a long time, though I didn't quite found the concept I like the most(and I'm not creative enough ). But expect something, right now I'm working on Archmage model that was inspired by the photo of beta you posted.

Also, of all of the tauren melee hero models i have seen, these four are the only ones i really like for their uniqueness, and yet they still doesn't feel like they could replace the default tauren chieftain:
