XD * pffft pfft (flashback sound)*. Couple weeks ago, a dude name RealistKilla upload a variation of Binding of the windseeker. It was a WE-exclusive icon but never make a more variation from Bliz. Knowing that he just want to upload here as BE as an author. After Kyrbi prove it useful, Killcide went on approved. But * pfff pfff * somehow a new rule update on icon submission...
