Yes, i'm using it, but with one caveat: The first time you start it up after rebooting your computer, it says "missing cdilla.dll". To solve this, you first have to run "License Configuration Switcher" (an included tool). It will crash, but after that 3ds max will start up as usual.

Network. I have a network license file, couldn't get it to work with just product key. Glad it works for you though!

boh, still it crashes more often than before and mouse scroll zoom in uwv editor doesn't work :/

There is a solution for the mouse scrolling thing! Just Google it. It was some setting you had to change.
