Didn't think about it really. Hm...
I think it would be more sensible towards players of the map to have it calculated before the mana is spent. There are other spammable skills to get it to 50%, so this could ease things up a bit.
So when calculating damage, it should be before the mana is spent for the spell (ex: spell cost 50 mana and caster has 100 mana. 100 mana will be calculated into formula instead of 50)
