Yea, I have been considering switching to JNPG, but the newest version of it is still in alpha testing - so yea... still considering. As for cooperative play, there is some - but it solely depends on what they each choose to develop as.

Hehe, well its an old, if not ancient idea of mine - that I figured that I would restart and actually finish this time, now that I am somewhat more skilled than I was 5 years ago Its basically made for multiplayer purposes only - though I am trying to consider I can figure out how to make an AI for it.

Anyway; the main principle is growth and development, in a somewhat mixture between spore, elemental rpg and perhaps man vs wild in a fashion. Sadly I haven't gotten myself / nor time to work on it for the last week - so yea - only get terrain down and the beginning of the categorization of the units in it.
The terrain is somewhat basic as I am using huge map size and with regular WE i can feel the limit of the tileset and the need to avoid too many objects.

When I get further to actually have something working, I might ask you for help playtesting

Ah I got it to work - For some strange reason if I just opened the map, the editor opened blank. If I started the editor and opened the map; it opened as blank. If I started the editor as admin, then moved the map into my warcraft folder instead of my download folder and then opened the map; it shows the terrain (quite nice I must say, even if you might need some rocks that are made to have a larger size, as there is some stretching - however as I haven't play tested I dunno how visible it is ingame).

Only thing I note to be missing from the terrain as I currently see it, is some sort of connection with the bridge, meaning that a stone bridge like that would usually be placed in connection with a road, thus missing traces of stone or similar to indicate that there was a road sometime ago.
