Baked diffuse, without true normal and orm
testing purposes only...some tiles like dalaran dirt and dirtrough are good,round tiles too,black marble...dalaran squares are kinda mudy...specually that 4 inner squares...
Its shame they didnt modernize the whole system.

I think they should first modernize it, then make higher poly terrain and resculpt cliffs. And only then make a new art for tiles which art was limited by old system.

For example reforged grass samples are very small in details. But ye, main grasses has to be neutral something like reforged.
The one u see on screenshot may go for ruins dark grass or ashen lumpy,some support tile and not for main grass because it is too much 3d and shaped (even i would go different art for lumpy than this one xD)
 
Basically...the issue is similar to models. Some reforged models would look alot alot better with fitting rts proportions and without spamming small details...

However huge details make the game silly cartoony, like mobile chibi child games.
So..some middle has to be found....

And for example, i was hoping to see at least double tiles campaign only. Things like this grass. Things that give you a feeling of new world.

Still not smart to use as default, but injected directly in map. Who want use it, would have to extract and use for custom maps only...
