preview of the mini game i made. i need testers
lovely terrain, hope you spend some time making interesting spells or take a gander at the spell section for some to use.

@Devalut Thank you :) i have spent quite a bit of time on abilities actually. each hero has 5 unique skills that are learnable and 1 extra spell that they get when they reach a certain level. about half of them i designed, the other half are either redos of current spells or straight up normal spells but re-balanced for 10 levels of ability. I have also added roughly 180 new items to the game, many of which use custom abilities which i have designed :) .... I have not checked out any of the custom spells yall have here, but i think its worth a look. i also havent used a single custom model. part of the reason for this is that one of my buddies does not have reforged and it turns out at least some custom models are not supported in classic mode..... By "designed" i mean i took an already existing spell and either utilized data sets that were not utilized in its original context OR did a bunch of editing for it to serve my own purpose while still utilizing its data sets. An example of this is my Grenedier's "Artillery Strike" ability which i created by stealing "storm Bolt" from the Mountain King and giving it the skin of the cannon tower missile, giving it a projectile arc, removing the buff that it gives that stuns enemies (reducing duration to 0.1) and messing with mana cost and cooldown. While most spells may look and function similarly to what you might anticipate from them, there are also quite a few ideas that Blizzard never put into wc3. For example, i have a couple different iterations of "mana gifting" spells that some of the heroes have access to to give a player a couple different options on how to solve a mana deficiency problem... I have also taken unit abilities such as bloodlust and truned them into 10 level hero abilities. If you are ever interested in helping me play test, please let me know as this is in alpha and because im only one man in the midst of literally more than tens of thousands of iterations for how i can build my party, i can only test so much.

@pootykins
Something as simple as adding some twists to static damage can make all the difference, example:
Heal that restores 50 + (12% of missing health of the target), I'd recommend this tutorial and this system to really spruce up or add dozens more features to your map.

@Devalut oh thats excellent. thank you so much :) i will most definitely be checking that out. I am a total newb so the more info like this i can gather, the better. Thank you :)

@Devalut oh man, this is starting to get really in depth. my created spells are mostly just remakes (although i actually do have a couple abilities that i had to create with triggers, but theyre far more simple than this) Thank you again, for the info. ill definitely be checking this out :)
