I was trying to make it match to the recent skin I updated about the same character so I picked more of the orange color but I'm sure I'll come up with something... That is adding yellow at certain parts of the helmet.
About the 'messy' aspect, I guess since I'm the one making the artworks I never really get lost by their detailing excess so I always suggest viewers to stare at it for a bit in order to get the idea or even find any hidden messages I leave sometimes.
Also, the original version is among the easiest ones to view IMO .
