Just above the patch of brickwork near Cardolan, south-west of Bree

He might be an unlockable hero for Breeland, havn't decided yet

I wish I could upload it faster, but the recent updates have made my editor incredibly unstable, it crashes a ton now, and I can no longer copy/paste terrain to move or adjust it without getting a memory error

ActiBlizzard makes me sad ;_;
