Nothing personal with the concept but I canțt see how this concrete/stone is properly fixed on the metal parts. Seems a rather fragile assemblage when moving and hit. Physics would try to make life rough for this chimaera.
Most likely, the tower stands atop a reinforced concrete/ferroconcrete base, with metal bars keeping the whole structure steady and firm, but we shouldn't think too much into it
