that's not an elf, it's a flayed Ogre face, and skin can be stretched when it's removed from muscle.

Hard to say it's an ogre if not for the Ogre Magi type markings that can be confused as @stein123 implied with a Ranger. From my point of view it still needs some tweaking not to resemble a texture and look more like what it's intended to.

it's not a texture however, it's sculpted with baked details, but I'll see what I can tweak.
