I wonder who's job it was after the Orcs seized the Black Temple to repaint all the walls black and replace every blue crystal with a green one lol

no paint over but rather gross negligence, the Orcs aren't the cleanest fellas in the block, and the Green crystals react to the excessive exposure to fel magic that was practiced by the shadow council.
