He looks like a mage or even a shop keeper of sorts. (This comes from some games I've played, with characters having robes like that.)

I was just wondering because naga males lost some of their intelligence but increased in size and strength. So.. Vendace like naga sorceror and its a male. I just had to say that :) But do it as u want.
