He looks like if he saw a naked woman on the street xD
Anyway, he looks a way better than the normal peasant. Only fix those eyes :D And the pickaxe should use some details as well. Perhaps you can use the texture from the pickaxe icon? ;)
And the portrait could make a nice meme :D

^Han, pickaxe icon won't provide a good quality, i'l use some campaigh screen texture.. BUt first i need to find time for it>_>

Looks interesting, but the eyes are... Bad. The "white" area is too big, and the pupils are too small. Additionaly, if you look at WC3 models(such as Arthas and Jaina), WC3 pupils sort of are 1\3 hidden "inside" the head. That's why they don't look weird. ^^
