Well it is possible for them to die its just that planet pays the price. Ever wandered why titans never killed old gods? As far as titans goes I for some reason really don't care.

That doesent really make sence,there was an old god in ashenvale that died,and the place has no problem whatsover,I say its all a lie.

Yea newest lore says that dead husk was just some overgrown minion but its nice cuz its not elemental so it shows that old gods had other minions in that time also.
