This is looking great, i like that you used the second war flag of Gilneas and it make sense because if they will be humans (without worgen form) this flag fit much better,
i have some complains if this is not the final form, i see all the models in progress you posted after the Stromgard using the same sword i think the mesh is the Lordaeron sword with gray color instead of gold, i want to ask if you will change that in future ?
I know reusing assets save so much time but i think the goal of your models to have the human kingdoms with different look and units.
this is a personal opinion maybe you and others don't agree but i think tabards make the models less unique, for example the Lordaeron and Stormwind Footmans have much better armor, the Kul'tiran footman for example have havy shoulder pads and helmet he could use havy plate armor instead of tabards.
again i love your models i know they are hard to make, keep it up man !

For myself, I decided that I will alternate between the factions that will have a tabard or not. Without tabard, there will be such factions as Lordaeron, Stormwind, Alterac, and Dalaran. Such factions as Stromgard, Kul-Tiras, Gilneas, and Theramore will use the tabard to varying degrees.
This is not the final version, I am still thinking about the design, maybe I will combine two versions of the Gilneas symbols, one of them will be on the tabard, and the other on the shield, or make two versions before the curse and after.

Combine will make no sense cause the flag changed, also the new flag had claws in it to refer to the worgen claws, i know in cata worgen starting zone the new flag was there before the curse but i think it better to have 2 versions of the model one with the old flag textures and the other with the new flag so people who like the old version can use the old symbol version of the unit and the people who like the new flag can use the other.
