Fel Headcrab (Tumorous Mouth)

@Ether man I hated those black poisonous headcrabs in H-L 2.

It's super easy to kill. They just turn your life to 1-5 points but goes back to its previous amount later.
What you want to hate more is the poison zombie who takes a lot of pain and damage and super beastly.
