Probably not, since it was never mentioned in the books as being an actual flaming eye on the tower
My creations tend to be more cartoony, also - and I don't know how to make fire effects in specific shapes like the rest of the effect creators on 'ere ;n;
@Fingolfin is the master of Peter Jackson/LOTR models though, so he might have better news
