here's my first icon i know it sucks but you can tell me ideas for improve it ok?

Whoaah. Much better than my first. Looks a bit blurry i think, you might want to sharpen it or something. Work on the shadows too please.

updated added more shadows now i wanna improve the eye and make some effect's what do you think?

The shading is very messy. I suggest you use layers and a large brush offset outside your selection to create a smooth edge.

how i make the icon stops being flat? thx for the help elfsilver but i dont know how to use layers can somebody make a tutorial or tell me what i do with layers?

you need to highlight the parts near the shadows to create a depth effect, like when drawing cloth. (if you've taken your art classes)

updated worked more on shadows and added lights to the eye i thing this icon is "keen senses " but i have a problem i used the icon called "lamp" to do this it is a real problem?

Still too messy. Use the pen tool to make selections.

ok ty elfsilver you are helping me a lot i have a question my friend say :upload the icon to hive but...i used the icon lamp and it will be overwrited if i use the path it brokes the rules of uploading icons?
