This one was unexpected but pretty cool and useful as your other models. Nice job!

This is once again amazing mesh, I like the feather touch.

Tested it in game now, it seems to work fine (forgot test the upgrade death animation). The mesh actually helps it's 90* elementary angle, though it wouldn't do it any harm if it was slightly angled to the right or left.
I for one am not a fan of the "upgraded" version mostly due to it's "fantasy" (in lack of a better word) like appearance, also the work animation seems a bit "simple"/"dull"/boring/unfitting. I would also add something more to the first stance, it just seems a bit plain (the roof) maybe add a Chimney or/and some other thing.

Overall I really like this one. Transition from Medieval type University to Renaissance type era.

In object editor write "upgrade, first" animation. You can see an example with human castle.
