armor shop selling one item if item is sold replace it with the empty version

I actually think this is very useful for extra detail maps such as mine, where all units are controlled by a trigger specific AI. This could be a middle point for peasants to turn into militia.

It would be really awesome if you had attachment points for it so you could put like villager attachments on it.
