Well this will be where i would be posting my works in progress.

I would like to see some constructive feed backs regarding my works so please do.



She's a half-human, half-angel ranger
-animations from scratch
-textures from scratch
-edited Dawn's mesh, put it some details and minimized polies
Here is a video of the animated model. Will be reanimating it due to some story and preference changes

Reason 3, i'm continuing a project of somebody else and its like a good vs evil themed one, so yes. but according to the notes provided to me, the Nephelim is the only one of her race left so i think its the only angel unit i'm going to do for a while. But i'm interested with the Angel/Devil theme so maybe i'm gonna do more. thanks for the feedback. About the boots: making it thinner would produce an out-of-place look with other warcraft 3 units so i think i am going to stick to the boots. It is still subject to revisions anyway.

You really have got some talent there, congrats. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind:
1. How do you make your models ? (Process, tools, concepts etc)
2. Do you first make a high poly model and then reduce the pollies ?

thanks dude. well:
1. i use milkshape 3d, for mesh and animations, then when its animated i convert it to mdx then put textures using Magos, then UV wrap goes to MDLVS. about concepts, i just ask for weapon suggestions and looks from the people at chat or deviant art. just mixing parts from concept arts i find interesting. the rest is a handy tool we call imagination

2. well. i made templates of bodies of different builts then i just tailor cut it depending on the model im making. most of the units there share a base model (apostle and orc for example.) bottomline is: Templates make life easier. not really that high in polies. im tryng to keep it at least lower that 1000, trrying to preserve as much detail in the process..
