Sin'dorei300: U only made some unnoticeable changes, but i'll approve this coz it fits the model.
U could sharpen it up a bit, it's a bit blurry.

I like the icon but I think it's lacking too. The eye(s) are pretty much impossible and if I wouldn't expect eyes to be there I would not have noticed one.
I also think the skull melts together with the skin too much, it should be a clearer line between so to speak.

3/5 with potential for 4/5

I love your icons. But I think the earlier version was so much better. Maybe because of the angle, but imo it was better, anyway you know better.

I suggest u to define the facial components better.
Make the eyes and the skull stand out better.
Also, improve the skull's shading, it looks a bit flat atm.

Now, on top of what Sin' said in the previous post, this could benefit if it was cleaner(not by much).
It's just that those details seem so cluttered up and without shading(noticeable one), lighting.

This looks really cool, but it's hard to tell what the face actually is. There are too many details in the face and the style is too similar to that of the bones. Try to make it a bit easier to tell that the face is a face.

Still, this looks really good. 3/5 for now.

This is really sick. Still pretty much my favorite 'facial' icon from that Contest, and definitely great for the model it's based off of.
