67chrome: skins need to have at least 75% freehand content to be approved in this section (freehand content basically means work you could copywrite). Inverting the colors does not count as freehand work, and appears to be all you did. If you want to get serious about creating textures i would recommend checking out the 2D tutorials on this site concerning skinning, practice a lot, and submit your work to the 2D art forums for feedback before posting it here. This section is meant chiefly for finished products.
