If you want to use it the way i did, create a custom version of cyclone and find the Cyclone and Cyclone (Extra) buffs in the buff editor and change the Art - Effect: model files to this one and change effect attachment point to sprite.

If you did it right, the when casted on a unit, the spire and the unit on top should move in the air.

It's pretty buggy, but a nice concept. Some suggestions and notes:
~When used with Cyclone, three-four seconds before the end the unit disappears underground. Also, the birth animation looks funny.
~When used with Impale, only the birth animation shows.
~Dusty particle emmiters would look really nice here.
~The three grassy parts are level planes, prehaps a little variation wouldn't hurt.

Here is an idea for an Ultimate:
Raises the Hero up to an unreachable height by melee attacks for 10-20 seconds, but ranged and air can still hit them. Mana regen is increased by 150-200%. And when the duration of the spire ends, the Hero is stunned for 2-5 seconds.

The Hero would have to be a ranged spellcaster for it to work efficently. But thats an idea for the model.
