Misha: well, checking this model before being a mod, i clearly asked you to remove those pearls as they aren't billboarded and kind-of look bad atm. About the rest of the naga, it just looks like a too simple edit, with too stretched back fins. make it a little bit more unique

oh and.. it is up to you if you want to convert this one to a totally demonic naga or stick with this robed texture, but do change both model name and internal name accordingly

Hmm.. i think you should be reworking this one a lot.. like.. getting rid of those beads (as you haven't really asked me for permission to take 'em from my blademaster naga)

second thing would be setting those particle emitters to stop emitting particles at death anim, decay anims, swim anims and submerged anim

you could do something lill more constructive on the back fins instead of having them just poke up like that..

i like the weapon idea, but the portrait anim doesn't make any sense Oo try duplicating a stand or stand ready and renaming it as portrait, or just omit it

looks promising even through i wanted a demon-naga XD

I'll try to find a perfect geosets and textures to make mine demon naga
