67chrome: Like your other skins, not enough freehand content. The armor seems to much of the same tone (not enough differentiation between the shading and highlights). The armor also seems overly saturated, nothing should be that intense shade of blue that isn't a light source. Again, checking out the skinning tutorials would be something I recommend.

Seems like you got the skills. You just have to work alot more on your skin instead of recoloring. The face looks cool and the wings on the armor is nice too. The rest of the armor sucks. Redo the whole armor and put your own details into it.

Well, i think this skin would be useful if only he'd put a bit more effort into it.
The CnP'ed wings are no big deal.

I entirely agree with X-OMG-X. Redo the armor and it will look good and in my opnion it could be the best space marine skin/model/resource since it has a good filesize and animation looks good except for the armor. Maybe make the entirely armor (except for the wings) team color.
