These are not your work, and i don't see any credits to be given anywhere.
Also, the image isn't correctly centered and it seems of vague quality. A black streak appears on the right side of each icon, coz the unprocessed image isn't a square and you haven't centered it.
I advise you to read the Icon Submission Rules.
