Imperial Lieutenants are not as powerful as Captains, but they are mobile, durable, and highly damaging. Can do Bash and Critical Strike and unlike the Republic counterpart, they have resistant armor that can be immune to certain spells. Most notably used in the Imperial Army and the Goblin Slayers Regiment.

With Baroque's fixes on the skirt, it is still usable.
