Approved. A female campaign model is definitely useful.
While it is not mandatory, this model doesn't have any FaceFX, so she doesn't speak. Any beast type voicekit would work if you replaced it with whatever quotes you want. You could have technically used Jaina as the model and built the captain armor and anims from there, but it's not a requirement for approval.
