That would be how the random items spawn. A trigger makes it pick a number from 1 - X for 1 set of land (red side) 1 - Y for 1 set of land (gray side) and 1 - Z for 1 set of land (Green side) Then it spawns an item in the region it picked. yada yada
thats not as random, It has a better chance of having duplicate spawns. Also you cant limit where a random point is so you would have more chance to spawn in water / cliffs and unreachable areas.
