Another map from the contest, that was perhaps a little unlucky not to be featured in the top 7. But upon further review, I guess the other maps deserved it more. This isnt to say that this map is bad in anyway, but rather that it has potential, but some of the finishing touches seem to be missing. The judges have already pointed out some key issues, though everything they mentioned is really that much of an issue:

Regarding visuals, the tileset is a bit too dark for my taste. Yes there is the basic structure with shallow water in the center, but the map still feels quite large and it is easy to get lost. It's also quite basic, with no real standout locations at all. Sometimes simplicity is bliss, but here some details would be nice, such as making the creep locations look more lively.
Gameplay:
1. Well, the different amount of gold in the top mine needs to be changed.
2. There are aggro issues with several green camps and the eastern shop.
3. In terms of layout, the map is basic, but it's fine. I'm not really convinced by the general concept of 3 player maps for 1v1, but (the other issues notwithstanding) if a 3 player map should be reintroduced into competitive play, this map should be looked at.
4. Creeps and itemdrops are fine for me, except that the lvl 7 tuskarr at the expansions might indeed be too unconventional.
So issues 1 and 2 should be fixed and hopefully not require too much work. Therefore map set to
