This is an icon I made for Direfury's excellent model for a Forest Troll Worker (I PMed him to make sure he didn't mind me uploading it).

The model can be found here.

It uses a screenshot as a base, but the ears, tusks, upper face, nose and tunic are all drawn freehand.

Also, my first icon! I have no idea what I'm doing, so feedback is welcome. Feel free to use this icon for whatever, although credit would be great.

update: Added some better shading on the tusk, added teeth into the mouth, broke off his left tusk since I didn't like the angle.

Smooth.

Edit: He looks like he's picking his nose with the teeth.

I couldn't unseen this. I changed the angle of the tusk to hopefully remedy it.

Shading of the Curved Teeth.

I added some shading on his right tusk and broke his left tusk off, since he's a lower class troll.

Could use more texture on the skin, it looks too smooth at the moment.

His face looks weird, like it's made of butter.I think it's too smooth

While I agree with you guys, I'm not a good enough artist to add any meaningful texture to his face without it looking stupid and fake.

U're on the right way, but some improvements are needed.
U added strong highlights on the nose(that nose must have some shadows as well)forehead and cheeks, while his tusks, upper lip and the cloth are lacking any.
Apart from highlights there must be some stronger shading. So, improve the shading.
Try to make these improvements.

I'll see what I can do over the next couple of days, although this icon was really only ever meant to be a simple resource to go along with the Troll Dreg model, which didn't have one. I'm not much of an artist.
