Zombie.: The background and the effect are of decent quality, but seriously...

I'd advise complete reworking of the guy that was thunderstruck, preferably showing his face in perspective as the thunder hits him. Since I know reworking like that takes a lot of effort, at least try to zoom in on the guy, give it better impact effects on and around him, not just a blur and at least add him some highlights.

Hmm. Maybe make less fog so you can see the lightning, or you could make more "Zombies" walking.

This looks epic, but the man looks like a stickman.

I like the picture as a picture. But when shrunk into an icon it is not very blizzard-ish. In fact I was comparing this icon with blizzard's "purge" icon (which i think is the only one similar in style) and then realized that "purge" achieved its blizzard-style because of a simpler background. The background of this icon can be said to be too.. artistic. Don't get me wrong though, I expect many to find this icon useful and will download it, but I'd just want to point out that one little thing.
