Pyramidhe@d: Zoom in more on the blade, rather than wasting all that space showing the handle.

enjoy: It is too cartoonish. You need to smudge the shading more, and the highlights. Also, it blends too much in with the background, and the background is too bright. Steals the focus. Also, zoom in on the blade as pyra suggested. Try to search trough the section, and look how other people make axe icons.

How lucky that this is a Halberd then, and not a Helberd. ^_^

Anyway, I'd say that it's a good-looking icon even though the glow may be a little too blurry for my taste.

big version is awesome but small one is really bad

due to the resize, pixelation occured. fix it
also the green thing is quite hard to see

on the small one. i look like a green smudge. espcially with the pixelation

needs stronger highlights and shading, also its almsot impossible to see the sharp part of halberd cuz the bg is too bright.
