You know what, i actually agree. Its basically just an white ball with eyesockets and thus not relating much.
My point was to make use of it's odd, ball-like helmet shape to show his detoriating humanity.
BTNFalric would depict an normal human person whilst this one depicts an cold murderer who is in need to hide his deeds and face, even from his own troops. (remember the mission where they burn the ships)

I'd suggest you do a sort of 'shift'. Alliance Falric looking straight to one side, then Northrend Falric looking near-centre, further down, almost sombre or remorseful, then Deathguard Falric looking to the direction opposite Alliance Falric, and aimed slightly upwards.
