Well... I only have a big picture of a older version of the icon, i did overwrite the big picture of the icon by mistake with the small one...

with bg it looks nice, but bg looks too wierd now, try to add some spot light on bg and darken some places

That should do the trick. We just want to see that you actually drew this (esp. the skull) yourself.
