67chrome: This skin just seems to have the same pattern applied over it's entire surface, without the pattern bending to the contours of the model itself. The metal plating is also shaded incorrectly, and the alpha channels (team color) seems to be left alone entirely, even though it does not fit the skin. At least you did a lot of freehand work, but right now the skin could use a lot more work. I'd recommend reviewing the skinning tutorials to get some new techniques down, and practice some more so that your skins make more sense :/
The metalic bits still seem a bit random, and only the skirt has parts that really fit the contours of the skin. The shading/highlights needs a lot more work as well, right now the metal plates look rather fluffy and rounded, the only shadows and highlights they should show between one another should be very thin, and the vast majority of the shading should be about were the light hits the model than differentiating between metal plates. Metal also is much more reflective than other materials, which is accomplished through high contrast of black and white.
