Find the cursor path in the .mpq, extract the texture, paint it alpha, import, overwrite.

What ruleofiron said. The path for cursor depends on your race. For humans, it is ui\cursor\humancursor.blp For the other races except for maybe Night Elf, just replace humans with the race name. You change your new cursor you imported to this path.
