67chrome: Warping other peoples work seems largely unacceptable, you should have at least gained permission to modify their skin, and the modifications are merely tweaking the skin to fit a different model, which makes this a skin that should only be submittable by the original author.

It's dark and blurry. More needs to be changed from the original skin. This definitely needs some work.

A side note : Appearing from what wasn't changed from the original skin, this looks like it was meant to be wrapped on the male villager.

Smudge doesnt make you an artist. You will need to make it less blurry, put more details into it, dont smudge the whole skin and you will also have to make it less like the original skin.
