I have played your map and here is my 'short' review for Marines the Human...
*I did not try out being the zombie as for 1 player

Pros:
[+] This is your map
[+] In English
[+] Defense-Like game
[+] Enough army to defend

Cons:
[-] You need to add more heroes
[-] Bad terrain (Not very attractive)
[-] Least of custom skills (It's very boring, not every hero has and not in MPI)
[-] Nothing has been import (Game can be quite awful in time)
[-] How would you expect us to survive for 30 minutes if there's nothing?
[-] Camera (After selecting a hero, please Pan/Apply it, i do not even know my hero were)
[-] Shop (You are using default shop, the item are not really useful to the game. The stocks are really slow)

Suggestions:
[=] Improve terrain (Make it nicer)
[=] Add more heroes and skills (So won't get bored?)
[=] At least import some models, skins, icons (That would be great)
[=] You need to have a multiboard or leaderboard (Every map should have one except for melee maps and..)
[=] You may want to add some fun
[=] More items would be nice
