Zero Tolerance has ended?

On the front page Ralle has posted...

The Hive Workshop Administration has decided to end Zero Tolerance at the time of this posting as we believe it has served its purpose.

Yet when you try and join the Chat...

PS: Zero Tolerance is now in effect.

This is rather contradicting. Has it ended or is it still in effect? If it has ended why is Chat still down?

It has been decided that the chat will still be disabled for a little more. If anything new comes up, you'll know it :]

I removed the contradicting statement, but the chat is still disabled. I will announce if any changes happen in that regard.

Ralle never said he will restore chat after ZT has ended,he said once the site is under control again.
