Although it wouldnt fit futuristic maps that I've made when i was with war3, that is the awesomest model that reminds me of Terra-Tron. I don't know any model with such great animations.

I have to go with Odin. The punch/squish animation is priceless.

This. Although it's newer version, it's old version which actually inspired me to make models, I always wanted something like that, it was the first gunner holding the gun properly, but I wasn't so happy because no foot version of it, so I decided to make one myself.

Any model made by the legendary General Frank, but what I like the most is his tank collection because its hard to make sci-fi models in the Warcraft Universe. But my personal favorite is the M3 A1 'Kodiak' Super Heavy Tank

This model is one of the best if not the best on the Hive imo. The texture is unbelievably well detailed and the author accomplishes alot with a low file size. All of this, ofcourse, counteracts the fact that it is indeed a load of shit.
