Well from the general modding side, Has anyone ever saw or tested this tool?

in this case lets say, update the old voice banks of Warcraft 3 voices into something newer for future mods which can be used alongside community VA's.

also the creators are open for suggestions too if anyone is interested.

Right, and it's pretty far from capturing all the nuance of any voice in a 10 second clip, but it works well enough as long as all the sounds you need are imported. For RP maps, being able to generate new sounds on runtime would be next level.

check the videos of the mods made on skyrim, oblivion and morrowind of recently using that, all of them are good.

unfortunately there is no model for warcraft characters voices, unless HIVE has access to a supercomputer with a Nvidia A100 or a couple of 3090ti's
