This is the model of the Lost One Dreanei from WoW. It is different from the similar model in Warcraft III because of how this version has a backpack. This model also has the necklace which only shows in the portrait on Warcraft III -- and this model has slightly more polygons than the Warcraft III version despite using the same texture wrap and being basically the same model visually.
This model was originally asked for here on this thread, and the zip on that thread has a bunch of other ported WoW Lost One texture skins that match the same wrap:

I consider this model to be really low-effort on my part, so if you want to give credit then just give the credit to Blizzard Entertainment for making the WoW version.
