Would someone mind making a spell or give advice? (don't know about necromancer gathering thing)

Hey! I need a spell that.. I don't know if it's possible (I know almost nothing about triggering)

The spell:
A necromancer requires 3 other necromancers nearby to participate in a ritual. After channeling the ritual it summons a huge bigboi demon. Is there a way to make it that the spell needs 3 other necromancers to cast it? and also make it that it will look like they channel it into one point (point of bigboi demon spawn). or just that they stand in circle while they channel? THANK YOU
